The Generation of Disciples School is a ten-step program designed to develop servant-leadership within the structure of the church. This developmental process will help the church develop a Biblical church leadership training environment and will allow each participant to apply what he/she has learned through church ministry or ministries.
Bridging The Gap
Bridging the Gap (BTG) is a community-based, collaboration driven organization consisting of business professionals, church and city leaders, and community members. Together they share ideas, build relationships, and in the process identify community needs for the purpose of bringing about positive change and innovation throughout the city and beyond. A literal bridge spans across the void to connect a person or object from Point A to Point B. In this same way, Bridging the Gap's mission is to "fill the gaps" through action, networking, collaboration, and stewarding of resources to help the city transition from negative to positive transformation.
